LICENSING AND MAINTENANCE

The General Terms and Conditions for the Licensing and Maintenance of the IPIS+ Application shall apply to all agreements for the supply, licensing and/or support and maintenance of the IPIS+ Application entered into by PIS d.o.o. (as the licensor for the use of the IPIS+ application and/or the provider of maintenance services for the IPIS+ application) and third parties (as licensees for the use of the IPIS+ Application and/or clients for the IPIS+ application maintenance service), when such use and/or maintenance is expressly agreed upon in the said agreements.
